What we collect
Account: email or wallet address. Application: X handle, Discord username, user type (artist, producer, brand, label, creator), names, date of birth and age confirmation, the answers on the intake form. Uploads: audio files, title, BPM, key, credits and splits, attestations, hashes and audio fingerprints. Takes you submit. Votes, tips (amounts in cents, via Stripe), HD+ points, invites you send (the contacts you choose), share-link clicks.
Context: referral and UTM tags, landing page, timezone, locale, coarse device and browser type, IP address for rate limits.
What we do not collect
No tax ID or bank numbers (Stripe holds those). We do not sell personal information.
Why
To run sign-in, review uploads, stop fraud and duplicates, rank Hook of the Week, pay producers, answer claims, and measure what brings people in.
Who we share with
Cloudflare (hosting, D1 database, R2 storage), Stripe (payments, payouts, tax forms), Resend (email), Discord and X (only to check the gates you opt into). The archive copy of everything on the platform is kept on infrastructure DCI controls.
Contacts you invite
When you invite someone by email or phone we send one invite and keep their address only to stop repeats and honour opt-outs.
Your choices
Ask for a copy or deletion at the contact below. Every invite and marketing email has an opt-out.
